There are several possibilities available to foreign applicants:

The integrated engineering degree, the same as for French students

Admission based on application, the same as for French students

Admission based on applications

You can apply to enter in the 1st year (for a 3 year course) if you are currently in a higher education institution abroad (university, engineering school, etc.) with a view to obtaining a degree or equivalent in science or technology (2 to 4 years of study completed in higher education).

You can apply to directly enter the 2nd year (for a 2 year course) if you have 4 completed years of study in higher education: Master, Maestria, etc.

Admission via the n+i network

The n+i programme is aimed at students and young engineers who have completed at least four years of higher education in engineering sciences, and have achieved a degree or equivalent qualification (BTech, BEng, BSc, BPhil, Licenciatura, etc).

You will receive intensive French language training (summer university), as well as a transitional semester aimed at enabling students to quickly adapt to French teaching methods.

Students are admitted directly into the second year based on their qualifications and are awarded the ESTIA engineering diploma ESTIA after two years.

Student visas

In parallel to your ESTIA application, you must request a visa from the French Embassy in your country of residence.

To obtain a student visa, the procedure differs from one country to another according to whether your country of residence applies the dematerialised application procedure or not. 

If you live in one of the following 31 countries you must follow this procedure online.

    China, India, Japan, Lebanon, Russia, South Korea, Syria, Taiwan, Turkey, Vietnam.

If study in a country which is not subject to the dematerialised application procedure, you must apply directly via the Campus France website of your country.
