This communication was clearly oriented toward a scientific audience,
although a few actors and graphical artists were presents.
After the communication and as a demonstration, we asked the dancer to
perform a few improvized expressive sequences.
Each sequence corresponded to one emotion. We asked people in the
audience to rate the emotion they thought was performed.
In the mean time, we recorded the dancer's movement thanks to a motion
capture suit.
We then proceeded to quickly analyze a few results from the human
evaluators and confronted them with the results
obtained from our emotion-recognition software.
