Work-linked training - apprenticeship

Every year, almost 40% of ESTIA engineering students opt for a work-linked apprenticeship contract to complete their studies.

While the majority of students choose apprenticeships from the start of the engineering cycle, for 3 years, others decide in the penultimate year (for a 2-year contract) or in the final year (for a 1-year contract).

Formalising the apprenticeship contract with ESTIA

Step 1: Complete the alternation subject validation file

Download the alternation subject validation file.

Fill it in with your host company, specifying the contact details of each party, the subject of the assignment and the planned dates

Step 2: Sending to the PAI department

Send the completed file by email to: paiestia.fr

The PAI (Partnership - Work-study - Integration) department will check that the subject is correct and will take care of the administrative follow-up

Stage 3: Centralisation and transmission to the company

The PAI department centralises the validated information.
It then sends the necessary documents to the host company to sign the apprenticeship contract.
