Mobility

Different types of mobility abroad

The ESTIA engineer knows no borders. As part of their international preparation, each student spends a total of 6 months abroad, as part of an academic mobility programme, an internship abroad, or co-tutored courses with European academic partners in 3rd year.

The Solidarity Project in Guatemala - On the shores of the most beautiful lake in the world, Lake Atitlán, live the Cakchiquel people, an ancient ethnic group descended from the Maya civilisation.
The collaboration between the NGO "Les Amis des Enfants du Monde", the Pavarotti educational centre, which works to provide schooling for underprivileged children, and the ESTIA engineering school, has led to the creation of this solidarity project which, thanks to your participation, will last for years to come.

ESTIA promotion 2020 Academic mobility 2018 /2019 Taiwan National Taipei University of Technology

There are plenty of things to do in Taiwan: sport activities, hiking, tons of temples to visit... We were very well received! Taiwanese people are very welcoming and helpful. They won't hesitate to assist you if you're lost or looking for directions in the middle of a street. Taiwan is a great example of a well-balanced place: highly developed but not too expensive. Its capital, Taipei, is an extremely clean and safe city. We'd like to recommend this experience to everyone as it was very positive and rewarding for us both.
