For a long time, engineering was seen as a man's world. Today, however, more and more women are choosing this path and helping to transform industry, technology and research.

Women engineers, researchers, experts... they design, innovate, manage projects and participate in the major changes taking place in our society.

To discuss this, we welcome Alexandra Foray, who graduated from ESTIA in 2025 and is now a production engineer at Labeyrie, and Pantxika Ospital, a doctor and expert in circularity at ESTIA.
