ESTIA is actively committed to promoting a safe, egalitarian environment that respects everyone. This reporting platform is part of a policy to prevent and combat sexist and sexual violence and to support victims. Whether you are a member of Estia staff, a student, or someone close to a student, you can report any situation of sexism, sexual violence, discrimination linked to origin, religion or sexual orientation, or any situation of psychological distress. Your report may be anonymous. In this case, you accept that you will not be contacted by Estia and that no action (support, legal proceedings, etc.) will be taken. In all cases (anonymous or identified), your report will be handled by people who are bound by professional secrecy. If your report is registered outside Estia's opening hours and dates, it will be dealt with on the return of the contact persons.
The EBS (Students with Special Needs) scheme at ESTIA.
The aim of this scheme is to make learning at ESTIA accessible to students who have either a disability (EBS-H = Students with Special Needs in a Disabled Situation) or high-level sports status (EBS-SHN = Students with Special Needs in High-Level Sports).
EBS-H students should contact the Disability Advisor (Patrick BADETS - p.badetsestia.fr) as early as possible in the year.
An initial meeting will be organised to list any situations that may pose a problem and to define together the adjustments to be made during the year. These adjustments concern teaching at the school (e.g. courses, tutorials, tutored activities), assessments (e.g. homework, reports to be handed in, distance MCQs, mid-term exams, orals) and presence in the company (e.g. assignments given by a company tutor)
Once the adjustments have been identified, a summary of the adjustments is proposed, then submitted for approval (Estia administration + medical body) and then sent to the various ESTIA apprenticeship players (e.g. internal and external teachers and the school). Company tutors are only informed with the explicit agreement of the student.
Further information on the EBS-H scheme
- eSTIA has signed a Charter committing it to a process of progress towards physical and educational accessibility of teaching, in partnership with the Conseil Régional de la Nouvelle Aquitaine and the CRFH AGEFIPH. Click here to access the charter.
- The EBS-H system is deployed within the framework of articles D5211-2 of the French Labour Code.
- Several internal quality documents describe the operation of the EBSH service (DP810 and P817) and comply with the requirements of the QUALIOPPI and ISO 9001 v2015 standards
- An accessibility register specifies the extent to which ESTIA's infrastructures are physically accessible. To date, the Estia 2 and Estia Berri buildings have been certified as accessible. Estia 1 is the subject of an accessibility works programme running until 2024. Click here to download the accessibility register. It includes the certificate of completion of works and the certificate verifying that the premises are accessible to disabled people.
- ESTIA students can access several resources on disability at ESTIA on the ESTIA sharepoint portal (DD&RS section / EBS system)

Sustainable Development & Corporate Social Responsibility
ESTIA has structured its SD&RS approach, based on the national self-assessment guidelines made available to higher education and research establishments(https://www.label-ddrs.org/) and by setting up a dedicated organisation:
- Working with the members of the steering committee to draw up the key elements of the SD&RS action plan;
- Appointment of a person responsible for the SD&RS approach;
- Creation of a project team of volunteer employees representing all departments to work on the various aspects of the action plan (mobility, responsible purchasing, resource management, etc.);
- Collaboration with student associations and students interested in the subject.
In addition, ESTIA is involved in the ISAE Group's Ecological Transitions Commission, of which the school is a partner, and has joined the national network of SD&RS Managers CIRSES - Collectif pour l'Intégration de la Responsabilité Sociétale(https://www.cirses.fr/), to share experiences and points of view and enrich its approach.
