On Friday 13 November 2026, ESTIA will host another edition of the Forum des Métiers d’Avenir (FMA) at its Bidart campus. This is a unique event designed to facilitate connections between businesses, students and recent graduates, and to create new career opportunities.

A forum to connect businesses with talent

Every year, the Forum des Métiers d’Avenir (FMA) enables companies to meet ESTIA students and graduates, showcase their activities and identify future employees.

Work placements, work-study schemes, first jobs… The FMA provides a recruitment opportunity for companies seeking technically skilled and versatile candidates, particularly in the fields of engineering, industry and innovation.

For students, this event is a chance to discover the diversity of careers, engage directly with professionals and gain a better understanding of what the business world expects.

Companies: why take part in the FMA 2026?

By taking part in the forum, companies benefit from a dedicated space to:

  • Meet students on Bachelor’s, engineering degree and specialised Master’s programmes, as well as recent graduates.
  • Present their internship, work-study and job opportunities.
  • Showcase their roles, projects and expertise.
  • Expand their network and strengthen their ties with ESTIA.

The profiles represented cover a wide range of fields: industrial organisation and management, digital design, mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, IT and embedded systems.

A special edition to mark ESTIA’s 30th anniversary

This year, the FMA also forms part of the celebrations marking ESTIA’s 30th anniversary. It provides a further opportunity to bring together companies, students, graduates and local stakeholders to discuss the employment and skills challenges of the future.
