Through an informative and accessible presentation, General Alexis Rougier helped the audience gain a better understanding of the new strategic challenges associated with these domains, potential new forms of conflict, and the role of dual-use technologies, which straddle civilian and military applications.
This event provided a valuable opportunity to raise awareness and exchange views on the technological and geopolitical transformations accompanying the development of the space sector.
ESTIA would like to extend its warmest thanks to Alexis Rougier for his presentation, as well as to Échanges Pays Basque and the ESTIA Foundation for organising this conference.
