To mark ESTIA’s 30th anniversary, TEDxESTIA ‘Trajectoires – Ibilbideak’ will bring together a number of inspiring speakers on Friday 18 September 2026. We are delighted to introduce our fifth speaker: Laurie Mariani, an engineer specialising in composite materials and a keen Joëlette racer, who will share a different perspective on performance.

Speed is of no use if not everyone can move forward. Drawing on her experience, she invites us to rethink success, the collective and our ability to progress together, without leaving anyone behind.
