To mark the TEDx ESTIA event, ICI Pays Basque speaks to one of the speakers, Jérémie Jean, an ESTIA graduate from the class of 2008 and founder of EGREEN. “The green transition never moves forward through a single measure.”

Jérémie Jean, a graduate of the ESTIA Class of 2008 and founder of EGREEN, looks back on his career as an engineer and entrepreneur.

After completing his studies at ESTIA, he embarked on a career in entrepreneurship with the aim of harnessing technology to support the environmental transition. Through EGREEN, he helps organisations to understand and reduce their energy consumption.

Speaking to ICI Pays Basque, Jérémie Jean reflects on his journey since leaving ESTIA, his entrepreneurial experience and the challenges currently facing engineers and businesses in the context of environmental transitions.

This interview illustrates the diversity of ESTIA graduates’ career paths and the bonds that continue to unite the school with its alumni community, nearly twenty years after they graduated.
