On 4 June 2026, ESTIA took part in the second edition of ELENA CAMP, held on the Futuroscope campus in Poitiers.

This annual event, part of the CAP ELENA project, brought together stakeholders from higher education, research and secondary education around a common goal: to raise awareness of careers in electronics and encourage an interest in science.

The programme included workshops, educational demonstrations and discussion sessions, providing an opportunity to share practical approaches to raising awareness among young people and guiding them towards science and technology courses.

ESTIA contributed to the day by presenting a demonstration of its programme entitled ‘Kourou Expérience’. The aim of this programme is to enable young people to discover, through a fun, science-based experience similar to an escape game, the careers associated with ESTIA’s courses. This second edition of ELENA CAMP provided an opportunity to put the puzzles and prototypes—with a focus here on electronics and mechatronics—of this experience, conceived and designed by its students, into practice.

This event illustrates the commitment of the academic partners of the CAP ELENA project to developing innovative, collaborative awareness-raising initiatives that are closely linked to the realities of the professions.

ESTIA would like to thank the University of Poitiers for hosting the event and for the high standard of organisation of this edition.
