Our warmest congratulations to Garazi Etxegarai Azkarategi, who successfully defended her thesis on 16 July and was awarded a PhD by the University of Bordeaux and the University of the Basque Country, as part of an international joint supervision arrangement.
Her research focuses on a key challenge of the energy transition: optimising the charging of electric vehicles within collective self-consumption communities, with a view to making better use of local solar power through smart energy management systems.
