A housing platform dedicated to ESTIA students
ESTIA offers a housing platform where you can browse listings for rentals, shared accommodation, sublets and even temporary rooms. It brings together listings from private landlords, halls of residence and estate agents.
Prospective students can register via the tenant portal. The registration code will be sent once enrolment at ESTIA has been finalised. Students who are already enrolled can log in using their Office365 credentials.
Halls of residence and accommodation near the campus
There are several options available in and around Bidart, Biarritz, Anglet and Bayonne, enabling students to find accommodation as close as possible to the school.
Among these is the ERLEAK hall of residence, located in Bidart, approximately 3 km from ESTIA, which is reserved for the school’s students. Other student accommodation projects are also set to expand the local offering, notably the future Les Sources Royales hall of residence in Bidart, due to open in September 2026.
Students and young professionals can also look to solutions offered by Vilogia, Action Logement or In’li Sud Ouest, with accommodation available in the area, particularly in Anglet, Bayonne and Biarritz.
The partnership with the OYAM campsite
Since 2020, ESTIA has partnered with the OYAM campsite in Bidart to offer student-friendly accommodation.
Fully equipped mobile homes are available, featuring a fitted kitchen, bathroom, private toilet, reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. Students also benefit from a friendly environment, a contact person on site, a direct bus service to ESTIA and access to the cycle path so they can cycle to the school. Every year, around 150 students choose this type of accommodation, which is popular for its flexibility and quality of life.
A community-based alternative: shared accommodation with OFFICE64
ESTIA also promotes the shared accommodation scheme run by OFFICE64 de l’Habitat. It brings together people aged over 60 with young people under 30 for a mutually supportive living arrangement.
This solution enables students to benefit from affordable accommodation, whilst providing a reassuring presence for the older residents. The scheme is managed and supervised by OFFICE64.
Support to facilitate access to housing
To support students with their housing arrangements, several schemes are available.
The Visale scheme, offered by Action Logement, can act as a guarantor for students free of charge. It is important to complete this process before signing the tenancy agreement.
Other forms of support may also be considered depending on individual circumstances, such as CAF benefits, the Aide Mobili-Jeune scheme or the solutions offered by Action Logement.
Preparing for your arrival at ESTIA
Finding accommodation is an essential step towards getting your time at ESTIA off to a smooth start. Whether it’s a dedicated platform, halls of residence, temporary accommodation, financial support or community-based solutions, there are several options available to meet everyone’s needs and circumstances.
